Stargazing is the gateway drug of astronomy. No telescope needed, no math required — just your eyes, a dark-ish sky, and a little patience. Apps do 90% of the heavy lifting now: point your phone, get the name of whatever you're squinting at.
Jak zacząć
- 1Download Stellarium or Sky Guide (both free).
- 2Walk 15 minutes away from streetlights. A park will do.
- 3Lie on your back. Give your eyes 10 minutes to adjust.
- 4Find the Big Dipper. Track it to the North Star.
- 5Spot one thing that isn't a star. Planet? Satellite? ISS? That's your win.

Gdzie się uczyć
Plot twisty
Sposoby na urozmaicenie, gdy podstawy się znudzą.
- Only stargaze on nights with no moon.
- Keep a 'cosmic diary' — draw the night sky each time.
- Learn one constellation's myth per week.
Notatki ADHD
Zero setup cost, instant vastness perspective. Great sleep reset — blue light off, natural darkness in.
Ciekawostka
The light from the Andromeda Galaxy you see tonight started traveling 2.5 million years ago. When it left, humans didn't exist yet.
