Tak is a relatively new abstract strategy game where players place flat and standing pieces to build paths or towers. Standing pieces block movement, flat pieces form roads. The game combines spatial reasoning, tactical blocking, and long-term planning. Despite simple rules, it offers tremendous strategic depth.
