How to start
- 1Grab 3 tennis balls, socks rolled up, or beanbags.
- 2Start with ONE ball โ toss it in an arc from hand to hand.
- 3Two balls โ toss, toss, catch, catch. Don't rush.
- 4Three balls โ throw one, throw two, catch, throw three.
- 5Drop everything. A lot. Pick it up. That IS the practice.
